We’re here to help. If you have concerns or issues regarding your student loan, please follow the steps below to ensure your complaint is addressed promptly:

1. Contact Customer Service

Your first step is to reach out to our loan servicing customer service team. Our representatives are ready to assist you and work towards a resolution.

2. Still Need Help?

If you feel your complaint hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you have additional options:

Contact the Agency Ombudsman

If you have contacted our office regarding an issue with your federal student loans, but have not been able to satisfactorily resolve the issue, you may contact the Office of the Ombudsman for further assistance.
